Over the past few years I’ve heard the litany “good folks are hard to find” too often. Many managers rate finding qualified individuals as their most serious challenge. In fact, some have heard it and said it so often that they now simply accept that finding a qualified individual is an insurmountable problem. But if it’s so important, why is there such a lack of solutions? And why do we accept this defeatist attitude?
